Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern use of Multistore Dropship Manager ("the App"), a Shopify application. By installing or using the App, a merchant agrees to these Terms.

The service

The App provides an order-fulfillment dashboard for dropshipping merchants: consolidated order tracking across connected stores, sourcing-marketplace order-number tracking, tracking-number write-back to Shopify fulfillment, cross-store product management, and an optional Pro-plan blog auto-publish feature.

Plans and billing

The App is billed through Shopify's standard billing API, per connected store, on a recurring monthly subscription. Available plans and their features are shown in the App's billing screen at installation and may be changed by the merchant at any time. Charges are processed and collected by Shopify, not directly by us.

Merchant responsibilities

The merchant is responsible for the accuracy of any sourcing/order data they enter into the App, for complying with the terms of any third-party marketplace they source products from, and for reviewing auto-generated blog content before relying on it, as it is produced by an automated process and may require editing.

Our handling of merchant and customer data is described in our Privacy Policy.

Availability and changes

We aim to keep the App available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may be added, changed, or removed over time as the App evolves.

Termination

A merchant may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from their Shopify admin, which revokes the App's access to their store. We may suspend or terminate access for a store that misuses the App or violates these Terms.

Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the App, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
